Education Management System (EMS) Registration

To register for the Education Management Software, please visit and follow the instructions. You will need to use your Student ID Number as User ID and Temporary Password the first time you log in. Please note that you must register for a school (OIS) email account before you can register for EMS. For assistance regarding registering school (OIS) email account, please follow this link:

 1. Enter Login ID & Temporary Password.

1. Enter your Login ID & Temporary Password. If you have not received your Temporary Password, it is available for collection from your respective section offices.

2. An email verification code will be emailed to you in the school (OIS) email account.

3. Insert the verification code sent to your school (OIS) email account.

4. Create a new password.

5. Login with the new password
